                                   Hornsea is a small seaside resort, situated on the North East coast between the sea side towns of Withernsea and Bridlington.  It lies at the eastern edge of the Trans Pennine Trail. To the South of Hornsea is a large retail centre known as Freeport.  Hornsea has a population of over 8,000 people.
